10 resone to use google plus

Google has launched its much awaited social effort, creatively titled “Google Plus” over the last week much to the excitement of people who have nothing better to do in life. But will it be successful? Here’s a run down of the top reasons you should use Google +.

1- Gorgeous UI

It has gorgeous user interface (UI), it is clean, easy-to-use and is not cluttered.

2- Attract People

Google Plus provides you with another opportunity to pretend to be interesting to attract people from the opposite sex.

3- Google Plus Circle

Google Plus’s Circles system is great for letting you use your Plus account to set barriers between the various groups of people you want to share things with. You can say “Hey, can I populate your circles?” with a straight face to people and choose to “Hangout” with them over video.

4- Google +1 Option

Google Plus gives you the chance to +1 instead of Liking something you enjoyed on the web. This is the digital equivalent of saying you “like like” something instead of loving it.

5- Google Plus Sparks

You can search for interesting stuff to share about particular topics in the Sparks section on the side menu of the main page. Click Sparks, and search for things that you’re interested in or browse through the featured topics.

6- Text Formatting

Google+ gives you the opportunity to add some basic formatting to your text. With Google Talk and Google Buzz, you can add basic text styles to some of your Google Plus text. Paired asterisks (*text*) make bold text, paired underscores (_text_) make italics, and paired dashes (-text-) make strikethroughs.

7- Incoming Feed

Unlike Facebook, Google Plus lets people share things with you even if you’re not following them.

8- Personal Details

It gives you another opportunity to share your personal details with a multi-national corporation that already owns your life. Considering they host your website, have your credit card information, power your mobile phones, store photos of your house and know your search history – they might as well know where your only birthmark is.

9- Click through profile pictures

You can easily cycle through other people’s profile pics by clicking on them.

10- Disable Re-sharing

Google Plus may make it easy for you to segregate who you share your information with, but your connections have no such limitations.

Google+ can be currently used on an invitation basis. The new service is employed by just a few members but will be open to the public sometime in the future at a date still unspecified.
