How to Enable/Disable Email Notification in Google Plus

In Google+ for almost every activity of your profile, you receive an email. This service is exactly like those implemented in many other social networking portals like Facebook and Twitter. And exactly like them, you also get the privilege to disable these email notifications in Google Plus. Let us see how can we stop these somewhat unwanted emails.

Log into your Google Plus account and on the top right corner of your screen – click Google+ Settings.

In the left pane select Google+ and in the right pane – under Receive notifications section – Uncheck either some or all Email CheckBox.

If you want to keep few among all email updates enabled then you will need to check Email Checkbox in front of the related activity for which you want to activate emails.

Basically if you want to witness the complete power of Google Plus, I recommend not to stop email notifications. If you have been using FaceBook for a while then you might have good dealing with these email updates and the advantages of this sort of service must also be known to you. But still if you are very much conscious about your Inbox then just try removing only few email initiating activities and keep others enabled.
